In this video John explains Model 32 of his book Thinking for Success. He uses the image of a lion tamer’s three or four legged stool to explain how distraction stops progress. The stool doesn’t defeat the lion, the multiple legs overwhelm it. The lion can only focus on one thing at a time.
Humans are the same way. When too many demands compete for our attention, we become distracted, stuck, and ineffective. This model shows how simplifying focus improves problem solving, productivity, strategy and planning. By clarifying priorities and strengthening our beliefs, we learn to think better every day, build healthier relationships and communicate more clearly and move toward abundance and prosperity.
